Covered in Scars: Thanks to her bad luck, Teruko's covered in injuries.Costume Evolution: At the beginning of Chapter 2 her Sailor Fuku gets replaced by a green blazer and black tank top with a few green ribbons.

Conveniently an Orphan: In Episode 4, Teruko reveals that she grew up in an orphanage for most of her life.Brutal Honesty: Teruko does not mince words with people.She also has no interest in hope speeches or friendship, and actively tells the group they're all doomed to die being stuck with someone like her. Breaking Old Trends: Compared to canon protagonists, Teruko decides to separate herself from the rest of the group deciding that she would work alone than deal with who she considers hypocritical jerks who were willing to throw her to the dogs.Born Unlucky: Despite her title, Teruko claims that her bad luck has brought her and the people closest to her nothing but trouble.Teruko possibly explains this later on by stating she is bound by fate, no matter what, which meant Min was always going to save her, and she would have certainly survived. Arturo even comments that she must have been very lucky to not have any fatal parts cut. Born Lucky: Has a weird combination of both this and being born unlucky, as despite her repeated injuries, she manages to survive every single one of them, most notably recovering quickly after Xander stabbed her in the stomach.Badass Boast: After being stabbed by Xander and close to the brink of death, Teruko gives one where she states her identity as the Ultimate Lucky Student and how she can't be killed.YouTube Commenter: If Teruko wasn't the main character in this series, I bet that she would be the Byakuya/Nagito/Kokichi of this series.
